When will I get my order?
Our order fulfilment typically takes 3–7 days, after which it’s shipped. Shipping times vary based on your location:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Where do you ship?
We ship to major regions worldwide, including the United States, Canada, UAE, Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, Botswana, Malawi, and Europe.

To simplify things, if your country isn't available for delivery, the site will not allow you to order from our store.

Unfortunately, we are not currently shipping to Zimbabwe due to logistics challenges. This may change, so please check back for updates.

 

Where will my order ship from?
Your order will ship from our global fulfilment partner’s facilities, chosen based on your location to ensure the quickest delivery.

Will I be charged customs fees?
For international orders, customs or tax fees may apply, assessed by your local customs office. These fees are beyond our control. Please check with your local customs office for more details about applicable duties and taxes.

What if my order hasn't arrived yet?
If your order seems delayed, try the following steps before contacting us:

  • Double-check your shipping confirmation for address accuracy.
  • Check with your local post office, as they may hold your package.
  • Ask neighbours if they accepted the delivery on your behalf.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise, so if you’re not home during delivery, consider using an address where someone can receive it.

If the address was correct and the package isn’t at the post office or with neighbours, contact us at support@zimxcite.com with your order number.
If you discover an address mistake, we can send a replacement, but shipping will be at your own cost.
